Paleis Het Loo
In the woods nearby Apeldoorn in the heart of the Netherlands, was the Dutch viceregal and royal family's favorite summer residence from 1686 until 1975. The palace has served as museum since 1984, since it was spectacularly restored to its 17th-century state, together with the gardens.

National Park De Hoge Veluwe
National Park De Hoge Veluwe is one of the oldest and largest national parks in the Netherlands. You will find no less than 5,500 hectare of woods, heathland, pools and drift sand. Together with the Kröller-Müller Museum and the sculpture garden, it forms a unique combination of nature, art and architecture. 

Apenheul
Numerous species, from the giant gorilla to the smallest monkey in the world, each live in their own spacious wooded areas. A large number of monkeys even climbs and clambers freely among the visitors.
